Development duo secure approval for rare $134m subdivision on land hungry Gold Coast
Queensland developers GDM Property and Douglas Development Corporation have secured approvals to proceed with a $134 million residential subdivision that will deliver 152 lots into a land-starved Gold Coast market.
The subdivision, known as Sanctuary Rise and located on Tolga Road at Bonogin, is described as one of the last central and elevated locations on the Gold Coast.
The 34ha project is a joint venture between high-profile local developers GDM Property’s Geoff McWilliam and Douglas Development Corporation’s James Douglas.
